Policies
Please review the following policies and need-to-know items before booking an appointment.
Deposits + Payment
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of your selected base service is required upon appointment request approval. This deposit will go towards your chosen service, with the remainder due at the conclusion of our session. Should an appointment be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or a scheduling conflict on my behalf, only then will a deposit be refunded.
Upon appointment confirmation, all clients will receive a link where their deposit will be collected via Square.
Remaining balances can be paid via card (in-person swipe or tap), Square payment link, or Apple Pay. Cash payments are not accepted at this time.

Additional guests are not permitted at this time.
Cancellation, Late Fees + Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled within 4 days of your scheduled session are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
Running a little late? No worries! There is a 15-minute grace period after your set appointment time. Please notify me via email if you are running late. All tardiness beyond the grace period will result in appointment cancellation, so please plan your travel accordingly.
Scheduled day not working in your favor? Clients are permitted to reschedule any set appointment once without an additional deposit fee for a future date up to one month from their original appointment date.
Any further rescheduling will result in a new appointment and deposit.
Appointment Preparation
I want you to feel and look your best, fresh self so please:
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free, and moisturized face, as this will allow for the best product application.
Please refrain from smoking on or within 15-feet of the property.
Arrive sober and well. For my safety and yours, please feel free to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are feeling under the weather. All clients who arrive visibly drunk, sick, or under the influence will be asked to leave and reschedule or cancel their appointment.
In need of the restroom when you arrive? Let me know upon arrival to be let into our private floor restrooms.
Health + Safety Precautions
Due to COVID-19 and other viral viruses, the following sanitization and safety precautions are implemented before, during, and after each session:
A PCR or at-home rapid COVID test submission with a negative result is required via email at least 24 hours prior to your session date.
All reusable materials, tools, and surface areas are sanitized with 70% rubbing and disinfectant wipes.
Disposable applicators are used during each session and properly disposed of at its conclusion.
To allow for full sanitization between sessions, 10-Pieces should plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to their set appointment time.
Balances
All outstanding invoices must be paid for a client to book a future service or attend an appointment made prior to the date the fees were incurred.
Travel
I offer travel for a select number of pre-approved sessions. All travel inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis before appointment confirmation.
To request an appointment held at an offsite location, please select “Travel” in the “Add-Ons” section of your request form and list your desired location to receive a quote.
Travel session requests can be denied. In some cases, for approved travel session, relocation to my studio location is at my discretion.
